These are examples of the work behind the logos: building commercial teams, strengthening GTM motion, improving operating cadence, and helping companies scale through critical stages of growth.
The contexts were different. The pattern was consistent: clarify the market, align the team, improve the operating rhythm, and build the structure needed for the next stage.
VTS had a strong product and a large market opportunity, but the revenue motion was still largely founder-led and hadn't kept pace with the complexity of the enterprise buying process. The work focused on building the enterprise sales motion, improving qualification, tightening pipeline discipline, and helping the team navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying committees with greater consistency. This was not just about sales activity. It was about creating clearer operating discipline around where the team focused, how opportunities progressed, and how leadership could see the business.
Booker was an early-stage SaaS company with a product gaining traction and a large opportunity ahead. The commercial function needed to be built from the ground up. I helped define the GTM motion, hire and structure the team, build the operating cadence, and create the commercial infrastructure needed to scale. The work started with a small team and expanded into a global GTM organization across sales, customer success, and revenue operations. The hiring bar was intentionally high because the early team would shape the operating culture for years to come.
Narvar sold into large retail and consumer organizations where the buying process involved multiple stakeholders across digital, ecommerce, operations, customer experience, technology, and executive leadership. I stepped into a global enterprise sales motion and focused on the operating fundamentals that create visibility and accountability quickly: forecast discipline, pipeline quality, deal inspection, team focus, and cross-functional alignment. The work required moving quickly, getting inside a complex multi-stakeholder buying environment, and building stronger operating rhythm around pipeline generation and ARR delivery.
ForwardLane is an AI-native enterprise platform serving institutional asset management, a market where trust, domain expertise, buyer education, and executive-level value articulation matter deeply. As Interim CRO, I am building the commercial motion for the company's next stage of growth. The work includes defining ICP, clarifying segmentation, strengthening positioning, building the sales process, shaping the coverage model, and translating a sophisticated AI product into a GTM motion that enterprise buyers can understand and trust. The engagement reflects the current reality of GTM: AI is changing the tools and workflows, but enterprise growth still depends on clear market focus, genuine buyer understanding, and teams that can execute with consistency and judgment.
Currently serving as Interim CRO — engagement ongoing.
The companies, markets, and stages were different, but the work often came back to the same questions:
That is the work The Engine Room is built to do.
